Our Power Flow Yoga classes are powerful and energetic. In these classes, students move fluidly from one asana (pose) to the next whilst connecting the breath to each movements. Power Flow Yoga promises to build strength and improve your mobility (and may even get you breaking out an inversion or two!), wherever your starting point is.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, restorative style of Yoga. Asanas are held for 45 seconds or longer to apply moderate stress to the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Our Yin classes are ideal for anyone who wants to de-stress from a tough week of training.
