Being in the fitness industry for over 10 years, Danny found his passion for health and fitness long before he finished high school. Danny has trained martial arts at a young age and has won many championships in A-league volleyball. He understand that training to reach your desired goals is not only physical but also mental. Danny has helped many clients reach incredible goals, whether it’s to lose 10kg, gain 10kg, improve sporting capabilities or just feel better as a whole. Although Danny is a qualified personal trainer and remedial massage therapist, he has more of a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle and believes that lifting weights and running on a treadmill is only one piece of the pie.
