Paul discovered boxing at the age of 18, and instantly fell in love with the conditioning and discipline involved in each training session. Paul was introduced to Hangar 4 MMA by his friend and coach - former world-rated Bantamweight boxer, Australian and Commonwealth number 1 contender, and former Victorian Bantamweight Champion (and friend of Hangar 4 MMA!), Glen Walsh. And Paul, whose love of boxing has never wavered, has been teaching at ISF and the Hangar ever since.

Boxing is the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic fitness, muscle endurance, agility, core strength and explosive power, and Paul loves to share his more than two decades of knowledge and experience with beginners, to fighters, and anyone who’s looking to get strong and fighting fit!
