With more than 10 years’ experience as an athlete before turning to coaching, Lisa has a wide variety of fields to draw upon when training her clients, including Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, and CrossFit.  

Focusing on coordination with movement, Lisa works closely with her clients so they may achieve optimal results, whether they be weight loss, strength gain, mobility, or hypertrophy.

Lisa is forever learning in order to expand her fitness knowledge and is passionate about making strength and fitness available for everyone to enjoy. As well as personal training and teaching adult classes at ISF, Lisa also teaches fitness classes for children and teenagers with delay and special needs.
