Joel spent most of his teenage years playing competitive sports, but the moment he stepped into a gym at 15 years old, he knew he’d found his calling. Joel is a Personal Trainer who’s constantly learning in order to bring the best and most up-to-date information on training and nutrition to his clients.

Joel helps his clients achieve their desired goals, including losing weight, building muscle, and hypertrophy. Joel has found great success in getting clients strong, and believes that, “Building muscle and losing weight is the by-product if consistency and hard work.”
