Danny found his passion for health and fitness long before he finished high school, having trained in martial arts, and A-league Volleyball (in which he won many championships).
Danny understands that training to reach a desired goal is not just a physical effort, but a mental one, too. Danny has helped many of his clients reach incredible goals, including losing large amounts of weight, gaining muscle mass, and improving athletic performance in his clients’ chosen fields.
Danny is a Personal Trainer and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, and has a holistic approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Danny believes that, “lifting weights and running on a treadmill are only two pieces of the pie.”
