Jakob spent much of his teenage years playing soccer and cricket at an elite level, which fueled his passion for health and fitness. After leaving university, Jakob decided to put his school teaching career on hold and concentrate on teaching health and fitness as a personal trainer.
With an in-depth knowledge exercise, rehab and a wide range of training protocols that cater for all individuals, Jakob works closely with his clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, no matter how big or small.

Sarah is a passionate yoga teacher and a big believer that yoga can be for everyone. Her style of class mainly focuses on dynamic vinyasa to build heat in the body, and finishes with grounded slow stretches. Keeping her teaching playful, functional and challenging, as a Controlled Strength coach, she also teaches unique movements and arm balances.
