Muay Thai is one of the most effective striking martial arts in the world. Also known as "The Art of Eight Limbs", Muay Thai incorporates punches, kicks, elbows and knees, for a challenging, full-body workout. We have classes for beginners through to advanced students.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is based on submission grappling, where the goal is to control your opponent to the ground and on the ground using chokes, holds and locks. Classes are suitable for all levels and taught by our world-class BJJ black belt.
