Myotherapy and Remedial Massage are the manual treatments and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Though similar, in that they treat a range of non-specific soft tissue pain and ailments, Myotherapy includes a broader range of techniques such as dry needling, muscle energy techniques, stretching, exercise rehabilitation.
