HIIT


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines intense activity bursts followed by brief recovery periods in order to burn fat, improve endurance and build strength FAST. Our intense 30 minute HIIT workouts kick your metabolism into overdrive and create an oxygen debt, so your body keeps blitzing calories hours later. Classes are suitable for all levels. 24 HOUR GYM

Industrial Strength & Fitness is a massive, 24-hour, state-of-the-art gym in Melbourne's northern suburbs. With a huge array of equipment including power-racks, lifting platforms, matrix systems and pin- and plate-loaded machines - and all the cardio machines your heart desires! - we have everything under the one roof to keep your body and mind in peak condition.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. Known as the "art of eight limbs", Muay Thai fighters use their fists, elbows, knees, and shins in a combination of stand-up striking and clinching. Muay Thai is a phenomenal form of self-defence, which is why it's a staple in the UFC Octagon, as well as being a great way to keep fit.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to improve your athletic performance, whatever your sport of choice. Strength & Conditioning is about more than just lifting weights; you will learn correct technique, safe moving patterns, core stability, body awareness and how to efficiently build strength.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was the first martial art to dominate the UFC, and today remains one of the most effective forms of self-defense, and a main staple of modern MMA.

An affiliate of the Australian Elite Team (AET),Hangar 4 MMA offers both Gi and Nogi classes suitable for all levels.

BOXING

Our popular advanced Boxing classes cater to intermediate and advanced students, whether they’re training to just further their skills, or step into the fighting ring. We also offer Boxing Fitness classes, which are focused around the conditioning methods used by fighters to build fitness and tone the body; all the perks of boxing without the losing your teeth!

MUMS 'N' BUBS

We know it can be difficult getting your own training in when you have children. We're living proof! That's why we've created a friendly environment where kids can sit and watch you workout - and what an example you're setting! - while you get fit with other mums (and dads!). Weekdays from 9:30am.

STRONGMAN/WOMAN

Our Strongman/Woman classes offer an intense and dynamic workout designed to help build your full body strength and resilience, for sport, competition, oreveryday life. The class gives you the chance to train and work with the typical and iconic strongman implements such as farmers walks, yoke runs, sandbags, tyre flips, log presses and heavy(ish) deadlifts.
