After her own weight loss of 23kgs and a complete lifestyle change, Raquel fell in love with all things health and fitness related, and realised that she wanted to help others in achieving their goals too, whatever they may be.
In her early 20s, Raquel learnt how to adopt a holistic approach to weight loss; it is with such a holistic approach that she provides in her services to her clients.
With a Diploma in Nutritional Advice, Raquel believes that, "Achieving fitness goals isn't just about the physical output, it's also about the nutritional input and the mental and emotional states that we are in. It is with this in mind that individual plans are created."
